Hello scrappy friends
Joefil here today sharing my take on sketch 308, I hope my page inspire you.

-Here's my layout-

-Here is the fabulous sketch-

-Here are some of my close up-

I started with white cardstock for my background, and added patterned paper in the left side, and I added a strip of  dark pink washi  tape with words in the middle of the page. and then I used a stencil behind my photo for my sun rays and I color them with wild honey distress ink from Tim Holtz and I hand stitched around them, I also added layer of papers and doily behind the photo.
For my title I used words stickers from the same collection and all the clusters of embellishments.

Im a animal-Sketch#308

Good morning everyone!
Sarah here this morning to share my take on this months sketch with you.

Here is sketch #308 and here is my take on the sketch.

I stayed really close to the sketch, but instead of on full pattern to the right side of the layout, I started to cut strips of papers from the Create Paper, Cute girl collection and started laying them down where I wanted them.

I used two pictures like its shown in the sketch, but I used smaller sizes. And I layered a pretty doily behind my pictures. Then I pulled a few ephemera, chipboard and sticker animals and started to place them where it showed the clusters on the sketch.

I didn't add a tag where it showed one on the sketch, I thought with the busy paper it was ok without it. I added a few enamel dots to my clusters and a few gold hearts and then sprinkled some gold Heidi Shine.
I have an issues with titles a lot of the time, lol, so I waited till the end for that, and since in all the pictures from snapchat I have different little ears, I went with; I'm an animal! .lol.
I hope you enjoyed this layout and I hope to see you playing along with this months sketch too. Make sure to tag us on Instagram!

Nothing Brings... | Sketch 308, Majken Pullin

Hello my fellow scrappers - I hope you have had a great week and are enjoying your summer so far!  I'm very much enjoying the teams' takes on our July sketch this month so far.  I have been inadvertently sitting on a collection from Pebbles that I bought awhile back, and I decided to play with it.  Take a peek at what I created with this month's sketch:

I documented a date night I had with my husband at a new restaurant near us.  It was sooo good, and we had such a nice time.  We took several photos, which were perfect to document with this month's sketch - I simply "stretched" out the width of the smaller photo area!

And I did a lot of fussycutting of flowers.  :)  Here's a close-up:

I created the title using my Cameo - it was inspired by a phrase that was part of the collection.

I love that wood background!  It looks so warm with the florals, too.  Here's a close-up of the photo area.

Here is our sketch this month:

I'm so glad you stopped by today!  Don't be afraid to rotate, mirror, stretch, or just add your own personality to the sketch in a fun way!

Sketch #308 | A Camping I Will Go | Yvette Weber

Hi My Scrapping Friends!

It's my turn to show you what I created using Creative Scrappers July sketch #308!

Here's the fabulous sketch that Kristine Davidson design.

Here's my take on this month's sketch...

I used Photoplay-Summer Bucket List collection to created most of this layout featuring a couple of photos of Max's leaving for his first day of Summer camp.

I started by layering my patterned papers using the sketch as my guide, I then decided to add some vellum to the top half of my page and added some machine stitching around the perimeter.

I matted my photos and then tucked a couple of journaling tag underneath the right hand side of my top photo and also placed a few stickers on top.

Next, I cut out these awesome compasses using a cut file I found at the Silhouette store from some black cardstock and added a button to one and a star sticker to the other.

I combined some thickers Alpha, along with some Jillibean Soup label stickers to create my title and couldn't resist adding the log fire and the marshmallows on the stick stickers around my title.

Next, I added a small cluster to the top left hand corner which included a few stickers, some enamels dots and a cork star.  I also tuck a tag underneath the pattern paper and added some words stickers on top.   I hope I inspired you to created something beautiful!

Thanks for stopping by :) xx Yvette

Nature

Hello Creatives!

Here I am with a new page using Sketch 308!!! I decided to pay a tribute to my garden which I have totally created with my sister-in-law! It used to be a jungle when we bought our house, and we managed to turn it into a heaven place.
I really like walking in it and observe birds and my flowers. Peonies are my favorites but I also like poppies.

Those are special to me. I like the shape of their petals. They look like lace....And to top it all, their color perfectly matches my Neon Summer sequins from Spiegelmomscraps... :-)

I really like taking picture of the variety of plants and flowers I managed to grow. I think I might even make an album totally dedicated to them!

Hope you enjoyed my page,
Waiting for you now to create beauties using the July sketch!

Love from France,
Christine
